Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower leaders to discover their divine design and impact the world.

We offer a wide range of leadership opportunities for students at Southeastern University through Christ Fellowship.

Be a part of the Fall 2024 cohort of CFSEU’s Distinguished Leaders Certificate

Program Benefits:

  • Accelerate your leadership skills and effectiveness in both the marketplace and ministry

Cost:

  • Full-time CFSEU Students: Included in tuition 

  • Certificate Only: $2,500  

Program Features:

  • Earn an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Southeastern University 

  • 1-year accelerated program: 3 classes, 8 cohort meetings (1 per month), Capstone leadership portfolio and presentation 

Application Requirements:

  • Full-time CFSEU Students: 12+ Undergraduate college credits with a cumulative “B” or better average 

  • Certificate Only: Program Application  

Application Steps:

  1. Apply to the program 

  2. If you are a current CFSEU student, contact your Academic Advisor to register in the fall

  3. Upon acceptance, sign the CFSEU Leadership Covenant 

  4. Contact us with any questions!   

  • Junior/Senior Mentoring Circles:

    Mentoring Circles are held in partnership with Chick-fil-A Leadership Development and help prepare students to launch into their calling.

    Topics include learning and applying the H.E.A.R.T. of leadership, creating their own Personal Development Plan, receiving guidance preparing their resume, developing impactful interview skills, and enhancing communication skills with discussion groups.

  • Practicums at Christ Fellowship:

    Every year, we collaborate with leaders of Christ Fellowship Church to offer approximately 100 practicum opportunities within various ministries of the church. These practicum experiences are tailored to help students enhance their practical ministry skills as well as gain wisdom that accelerates their learning and development. At the start of each semester, students participate in a Practicum Fair to find the best practicum experience for them.

Practicums

Practicums at Christ Fellowship Church and our ministry partners are incredible opportunities for students to gain real-life skills and knowledge in church and marketplace ministry. Each year, CFSEU places over 200 practicums that provide our students with experiences, leadership exposure, and hands-on education to advance our students’ leadership development. Over eight weeks, CFSEU practicum students receive three college credits and a tuition discount. Learn more about current practicums available through our CFSEU Practicum Finder.
